Instants lets hosts create an event and share a QR code so guests can take photos with a digital disposable-camera experience. Photos collect in a shared album for the event. Hosts manage events; guests do not need an account to take photos.

To create events you must register an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account.

Free events are available at no cost. Paid plans and add-ons are one-time purchases per event, charged at the prices shown at checkout (in EUR) and processed by Stripe. Upgrading an event charges only the difference between your current and new configuration.

Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices for future purchases, but changes do not affect events you have already paid for.

As access to a digital event is provided immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the event has been created or used. If you believe there has been a billing error or the Service did not work as described, contact us at cristo@pliakas.dev and we will review your case. Statutory consumer rights under EU law are unaffected.

Coupon codes may grant a free or upgraded event subject to their conditions (tier, usage limit and expiry). Coupons have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn or invalidated if misused.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• upload unlawful, infringing, abusive or sexually explicit content involving minors;
• capture or share images of people without the consent required by law;
• attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• resell or misrepresent the Service.

We may suspend or remove events, photos or accounts that breach these terms.

You and your guests retain ownership of the photos you create. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely to operate the Service for your event. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and consents needed for the photos taken at your event.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the event in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your events or account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or where required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Spain.
